NHD-7.0-800480EF-20 Controller Board and the backlight on a 800x480 LCD Display

I am trying use the NHD-7.0-800480EF-20 Controller Board with one of your 800x480 resistive  displays.  I have not been able to find any info on what voltage you feed Pin3 B/L Enable Power Supply Backlight Enable.  I am currently doing 3.3v and not having much success - but did not want to try anything higher before asking/

  You need to apply a 3.3V signal to the B/L Enable to turn on the backlight. You would also need to make sure the Vdd and Gnd are also connected as the backlight will be drawing current from pin 2.
  
  Also if possible check the current draw for Pin 2 to see if there is enough current to power the backlight. Looking at the Characteristics, you would need a minimum or 45mA just for the backlight.
