NHD-4.3CTP-SHIELD-N Cannot load sample sketches with SD Card Images

I have the arduino shield on my MEGA 2560 arduino. I copy and paste all the SD contents to the root directory of the SD card for FT_App_Jackpot example sketch, but I am getting the following errors:

To be clear, all of these files are on the root directory of my micro sd card that is formated to MS DOS (FAT)

  Try formatting the SDcard as FAT32.

  Thanks for the reply. It ended up being a bad SD Card. A micro sd card did the trick.
