Engineering Change Notification - NHD-240128WG-A: 09/12/25
This notice on September 12th, is to inform you of the change to the following graphic LCDs:
- NHD-240128WG-ATFH-VZ#
- NHD-240128WG-ATFH-VZ#-C
- NHD-240128WG-ATFH-VZ#-H
- NHD-240128WG-ATMI-VZ#
The PCB, glass, bezel and backlight used in the manufacturing of these displays have been redesigned to improve quality performance and long-term manufacturing sustainability.
- PCB: Component layout changed. No change to connector pinout or position.
- Glass: Liquid crystal changed. No change to active area or viewing area.
- Bezel: Mechanical structure changed. No change to overall LxWxH dimensions.
- Backlight: LED components changed. Can work with higher input supply current.
This change should not have any impact on the part’s electrical or mechanical compatibility within your system. All our testing has found the new display to be compatible with existing platforms driving the old display. We fully expect the new display to fit and function without any issue for our customers.
The new display will be labeled with a different revision control number after the part number. See example below.
