Hello
What colour will be result if I turn all RGB background colors on (3.6v 100 ohm resistor ) , display is NHD-C0220BiZ-FS(RGB)-FBW-3VM

  Hello Anna,
  
  Are you powering these backlights with a 3.6V input.
  If so I would recommend the following resistors:
  Red - 170Ω
  Blue / Green - 60Ω
  
  When all lights are turned on you will see a bluish white backlight.
