NHD-0420DZW-AG5 Certain pixels now disappear

Hello.
I am using NHD-0420DZW-AG5.
Certain pixels now disappear within minutes of powering up. The total energization time is less than 100 hours, and it is less than half a year after assembly.
What could be the cause?
Is this phenomenon burn-in?

I have used the same program on more than 100 units so far, but this is my first experience.
