Development/Evaluation board path to VGA?

I am considering using a Newhaven 7" display in a new product. The RGB drive electronics will not be ready for some time, but I'd like to evaluate the display now. Other vendors offer a demo board that serves as an interface between their display, and a VGA plug, enabling it to display as a PC monitor. I don't see such a board in your list of adapter or development tools. Is there a similar path that you can suggest to evaluate the displays? Would any of your adapter boards connect to some generic off the shelf converter, that would get me there?

  Unfortunately we do not have a VGA development board.
  We are working on other controller boards that would allow you to test this display however these are still under development and should be available later this year.
