I'm using init sequence reported on datasheet but when display comes on i see random pixel on it: is it a normal behaviour?

  Have you tried to clear the display?

  Clearing by setting pixel to 0 works correctly, but random pixels appear after init.
  
  I think it is related to reset line shared with MCU one: i'm trying to have its own reset line.
