3.3V Rail Noise

Display: NHD-5.0-800480FT-CTXL-T

Having a little issue with the above display adding a lot of noise to the 3.3V rail it shares with a PT8211 (cheap audio chip). As soon as the display is initialized it starts feeding a lot of noise. Tried some standard filtering with no luck. Do you generally need a lot of decoupling to clean up the 3.3V? Audio is not really my area so I'm not sure how best to filter it, open to suggestions. Source MCU is a Teensy 4.1 socketed on a custom board.
