Hello Leandro,
Thank you for your interest in Newhaven Displays!
I have a few questions about your issue:
- Have you referenced the example code for this display?
- What are you trying to draw/write on the display?
- Can you provide the code you are using to drive this display and information on your host controller?
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,

These LCD displays are installed on display board in batch controller call Danload 6000.
All the displays have the same problem as bellow:
You can find more information on the user manual

The display should look like this one bellow :

Leandro,
Thank you for the information.
Do you have access to the code used to initialize and drive the LCD?
If so, it would be useful to see the initialization and character/graphic write functions.

I don't have acess to the code or driver.
I don't know if those manual pages can help with anything:

Hello Leandro,
Thank you for the information.
Without access to source code, I'm not sure if there is much I can do to help.
It may help to test each LCD type setting, however I am not familiar with the display that originally came with this system.

Hello Leandro,
Can you confirm that the system is supplying 5V to the display's VDD line and is using 5V control signals?
Best Regards,
