Where is "e:\2321_tester\tester_init.h" used in I2C interface sample code

Sample code for a I2C  2x16 LCD display wants the file:

e:\2321_tester\tester_init.h

What or where is this?

  FYI, the contents of tester_init.h has been added to the Serial Interface C Code page. Thus, the comment I created has been deleted to remove duplicate information.
