Hello I am currently troubleshooting a C12832A1Z display. The problem is the character graphic's are very dim and the backlight is very bright! This PCB is without controls. Any ideas? The circuit is A Microprocessor connecting to a 74LVC4245APW to the C12832A1Z display. Any Ideas?

  Hello Fetman,

  1. Can you provide the full display part number?
  2. Can you provide a photo of the back of the display?
  3. Can you provide a photo of the issue you are experiencing?
  4. Do you have other NHD-C12832A1Z displays working properly in the same circuit and configuration?
