TFT LCD Screensaver?

Hi,

I am using a:

TFT LCD SCREEN:
NHD‐3.5‐320240MF‐ATXL#‐T‐1

Will holding a static image for long periods of time cause the following symptoms (faded contrast & hard to read, slight flickering):

If yes, what sort of requirements should the screensaver have (color/intensity transitions..etc?)

  Hi Kevin,
  
  We recommend that you apply a screensaver or turn off the display when possible to prevent any image ghosting or flickering. 
  
  Any image movement or shifting to a dark or blackened image will help to prevent this type of issue.
