    Hi Furkan,

Thank you for your inquiry. Based on the image you provided, it does not match the specifications of our standard products. Our standard CTP modules have a touch panel that is aligned with the TFT display, and the CTP FPC design is also different from what you have shown. Please see the following image of our standard 4.3" CTP display for your reference.

Could you please provide an image of the back side of the display? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide the name of the distributor from whom the display was purchased.

Please check the NHD-4.3-480272EF-ASXP-T display, which is recommended as a replacement for your current display. You can refer to the Transition Guide for more information.

Thank you for your information. We ordered the product from "e-compenent.com" in Turkey. The back of the product is like this. we removed the sticker and stick it back on, so it looks damaged like this.

    Hi Furkan,

After reviewing your display’s photos with our team and referring to the historical design files for our 4.3” displays, I believe the display that you have is indeed ours. It was difficult to know at first, because it is significantly different from our current production design. Since none of the original markings are clearly visible, it is still not possible to know which version of the design that is but the one it resembles the closest is 10+ years old.
It is possible that your NHD-4.3-480272EF-ATXL#-CTP display is not working the same as your older NHD-4.3-480272EF-ATXL#-T model because the two displays could be using different driver ICs and may have some other electrical differences too depending on when they were produced. Considering how old these parts are, and the lack of markings, it will be difficult to know for sure.
My recommendation is to consider using the NHD-4.3-480272EF-ASXP-T display that I referenced in my last post.
