FT5x06 sensitivity

Hi,

What is the procedure to adjust increase the sensitivity of 7" CTP ?
I know that i have to write values to Address 80h and 81h, but who this values are calculated ?

  Hi Chris,
  
  The value for 80h as described in the FT5x06 registers datasheet will be 4 times of the register’s value. Default:280/4

  Thanks but what I would like to know is what the value of 280 means.
  If I want more sensitivity what should be the new value and how to determine it ?

  Hi Chris,
  
  The range for the touch sensitivity register's Hex address is 00h - FFh.  The Recommended default value is 46h.
  Try writing larger hex values than 46h into Register 80h to increase the sensitivity level of the capacitive touchscreen until you can achieve the desired touch sensitivity for your application.
