Unable to use multi-touch protocol in NHD-5.0-800480TF-ATXL-CTP

Hey..We are using NHD-5.0-800480TF-ATXL-CTP with Beaglebone green along with a customized Analog Front End module. We are using a Linux (Debian) kernel, the latest one that has been provided in the beaglebone website. The display of the LCD seems to come up fine on kernel boot-up, however the 5-point multi-touch feature doesn't seem to work. At the moment , the LCD can detect and react to one single touch at a time so the touch feature is not completely dormant. Since the multi-touch feature is dormant we are unable to zoom-in and zoom-out on the LCD screen. I am attaching the DTS file we have been using for the  LCD. Could someone please suggest a possible solution for the same.

  Hey Ted,
  Thanks for the reply, but doesn't the NHD-5.0-800480TF-ATXL#-CTP make use of Focaltech FT5306 touch controllers. I found the same mentioned in the datasheet. Please correct me if I am wrong. Could you  also please guide me on the steps to integrate the touch drivers with my Kernel.
