Current consumption NHD-1.69-128160ASC3 and NHD-1.69-160128UGC3
Hi,
I am wondering why there is such a big difference in supply current between these both displays. The Arduino version is rated 95mA at 3.3V and the "normal" version 180mA at 2.8V. For me both displays look almost the same.
Thanks and best regards,
Nick

Hello Nick,
The difference in the supply current is due to the different components used between the two PCBs. The NHD-1.69-160128ASC3 uses a newer more efficient voltage booster and this allows the display to draw less current.0
