The display data sheet indicates the supply voltage may be 5V in high voltage mode OR 2.4V in low voltage mode. The US2066 driver data sheet indicates the low voltage range is 2.4 ~ 3.6V.

Can the display tolerate 3.3V in low voltage mode? (or does he module have additional circuitry that would object to this).

  3.3V will be fine in Low Voltage Mode
