NHD-3.5-320240MB-ASXN SPI-interface & RSTB
It seems the SPI-interface on NHD-3.5-320240MB-ASXN is used only in the production process. If we use this display how to handle the SPI-pins (SPEN, SPCK, SPDA). Can we left these pins floating or connect to GND or VCC?
Whats to do with the RESET-pin (RSTB)? floating/GND/VCC
Is a RESET-pulse required at startup?

You are correct, the SPI interface is only used in the production process to initially program the display.
It is recommended to leave these SPI pins floating.
RESTB is active low and it is suggested to connect it with an RC reset circuit for stability. RESTB should normally be pulled high.Please see the datasheet for the NV3035GTC controller/driver for more details:
