  Can you please provide a little more detail regarding the issue you are encountering with NHD-C0220BiZ-FSW-FBW-3V3M. It appears to be an initialization issue, if possible post your initialization sequence below.
  
  Next, it would be beneficial to verify that your display is wired correctly, see page 4.

  Can you tell me what value pull-up resistors are you using on your SCL and SDA lines?
