NHD‐C0220BiZ‐FS(RGB)‐FBW‐3VM capacitor on pin 7&8

Hi everyone!
As seen on documentation, pins 7&8 are used for a capacitor. 7 is C1+ and 9 is C1-
BUT, schematic on page 4 show non-polarized capacitors.
Can I use non polarized caps?
