NHD-2.8-240320AF-CSXP-FT Current Supply

For the NHD-2.8-240320AF-CSXP-F the documentation specifies an supply current between 3 and 15mA. Is this just for powering the LCD and logic? Does it also include the current from I/O pins used in parallel communication?

  The supply current range listed in our datasheets is unique to the typical current required for powering the LCD.
  The logic input currents are incredibly low and are rated for a maximum of 1uA according to the ST7789S controller IC that is driving the display. Therefore current draws between 3mA and 15mA are a safe expectation for the supply current required for powering the LCD.
  The supply current for powering the backlight is separate and should be controlled in order to not exceed 125 mA and risk accelerating the life-time of the backlight LEDs.
