Pixel Aspect Ratio (NHD-4.3-800480CF-ASXP)

When I mock-up this display based on the datasheet - the active area is not the same aspect ratio as my 800x480 UI elements. To ensure accurate UI design, can you tell me if the display uses a non-square pixel aspect ratio? I’ve attached a reference image that shows my 800x480 at a 1:1 pixel aspect ratio against the active area in the datasheet.

  Hi Sean,

  Thank you for reaching out. Could you please provide the Rev of the display you are using? This can be found on the back of the display at the end of the display part number.

  I haven't received the part yet - should be arriving later this week. I assume that means it's the latest rev?

  Yes, that should be the latest Rev.

  Regarding the pixel aspect ratio, it is not perfectly square. It should be around ~1.06:1 based on calculations.
