Need NHD-0216MW-AB3 schematics for only I2C interface and single 3.3V(VDD) input supply. 4 Signals (3.3V - SDA - SCL - GND) from MCU

The below diagram is not complete for my application

Basically I need

1. Boost circuit from 3.3V to 9V or 12V
2. Auto RES# signal assertion using a capacitor without MCU IO

  Can  Use TPS61041DBVR chip for boost or any other recommendation ?
