What drivers are needed for a NHD-7.0-HDMI-N-RSXP-CTU

Hi,

I have looked in the website for a download section where to find the drivers for the screen and the capacitive touch facade. I did not find them. My project will use a raspberry (do not know yet the model) running Ubuntu. Are the screen and touch facade automatically handled by the OS of the SBC?

  There is also the setup for the Raspberry PI in that guide.
