    Hi Ankit,

    Thank you for addressing the issue that you are seeing. We recommend testing the display with a Windows-based computer or laptop to help determine whether the issue is related to the display itself or the touch library currently in use.

    To assist with further troubleshooting, could you please provide a photo of the back side of the display, along with the configuration file you're using? You may send these to the following email address:
