Hi,

For this panel, is it OK to power the backlight independently of the LCD module for testing purposes?

For example if I have no power connected to the LCD module (3.3V Logic) but power the backlight on LED-K, LED-A, so I can test correct operation of my backlight driver. This would be OK? (I assume it would be).

  Yes, you may power the backlight without having the LCD powered. This is perfectly acceptable.
