NHD-5.0-800480FT-CSXP-CTP in Teensy 4.1 using the GDSTx library

Yesterday the NHD-5.0-800480FT-CSXP-CTP screen arrived

Today I took on the task of connecting it to a Teensy 4.1 board, to verify the operation of the GDSTx library, on which I have worked for more than 5 years. It is based on the gameduino 23x library created by James Bowman and with his permission to make adjustments. I decided to modify it so that it can work with Bill Greiman's latest SDFat V2 library, with the goal of combining the reading power of the Teensy 4.1 board's SDIO reader and the access speed of the SdFat library.

I must say that I am amazed with the result...
