OLED is not working

Hi,

This is Saiteja and I am working with NHD-3.12-25664UCW2, at present. Please go through the following points,

1. For product development purposes, first, we connected NHD-3.12-25664UCW2 with the STM32F767ZI EVK board in 6800 modes and were able to glow the target pixels upon the screen.
2. After gaining confidence in interfacing OLED with the EVK board, we considered the same STM32F767IGK6 processor in our custom board design.
3. Unfortunately, the OLED didn’t turn on after interfacing with the processor in the custom board. Even though we didn’t change anything much in the code.
4. Can anyone suggest a solution for the present situation?
5. Can we know how to verify the command is executed or not?
6. How to verify the OLED is powered ON or not other than glowing some pixels on the OLED?
