Hi Team, 

We are using SPI interface between OLED (NHD-3.12-25664UCW2) and uC. We are planning to use 15MHz for SPI Clock. 

Can you share the following details for NHD-3.12-25664UCW2?

Minimum and Maximum SCLK Frequency, Clock stability, Rise time and Fall time, Clock Polarity and Phase.

  Hi Charles,

  Please refer to pages 55-58 of the SSD1322 IC datasheet for the SPI timing characteristics of this display.

  Based on the timing characteristics, this display operates in SPI mode 3.
