Faulty 20 x4 Dot Matrix VFD

Hello Guys

I am having faulty VFD of Samsung make with model number 20S401DA1. I am not very much familiar with coding and IC structure for VFD. Please suggest VFD that I can use as replacement with this faulty one.

  Hi Gunwant,

  The display you listed appears to have an on-board controller.  We only have two 4x20 VFD models, but unfortunately neither are built with an on-board controller.  Some of our other VFD models have an on-board controller, but the number of characters is different.  You may view our selection of VFD models here: https://newhavendisplay.com/vfd-displays/
