Sample Code for NHD-2.4-240320CF-CTXI with UNO or Metro

The example code for the above mention TFT board was for Arduino Mega and I don't have a Mega at this moment. And it seemed nobody ever tried this with a Uno. So after several days of trying I wrote a example code for it (by modifying the example code). Hopefully someone will benefit from it. Cheers!

(I used a replica of UNO from Adafruit, called Metro. They have onboard 3.3V regulator for 3.3V logic.)

The repository has two codes. One with using Arduino functions, which is not very optimized. Lots of function call slow down the update rate. The second code uses inline functions. The code size might increase because of that but the update rate is incredibly high.
