NHD-4.3RTP-SHIELD-N Pinout

Hi, I have an Arduino Mega 2560 and the NHD-4.3RTP-SHIELD-N display.
Instead of plugging the shield in, I would want to connect them via wires.

Which pins on the shield need to connect to the Arduino.
