NHD-7.0-800480EF-20 Voltage Levels

I have an NHD-7.0-800480EF-20 Controller board, but the data sheet has a few holes.  I want to use the 20-pin MPU Interface connector, but need to know the following before I inadvertently blow something up:

1) What voltage wants to be present on Pin 3 (the B/L Enable pin)?

2) Is the B/L Enable pin truly an enable, or (as the data sheet seems top imply) is it a power supply input pin?

3) I'm assuming that the Display On signal (Pin 19) is active high.  Does it default to a particular state, or does it need to be actively driven to turn the display on?

Any help is appreciated.

  Both the B/L enable and Display On pins can be left as no connects.  This should free up a couple of valuable I/O lines on your MCU!
