NHD-1.69-160128UGC3 how avoid tearing artefacts ?

Hello,

I was buy NHD-1.69-160128UGC3 OLED display and connect it via SPI.
Screen refresh take 25 msec.
If I play animation with 20 frames per second,

image not clear - have tearing effect,
when at one screen drawing few sequential frames.

Have any possibilities to sync RAM updating with vertical sync to avoid tearing?

  In test animation image scroll by 8 pixels right at 20 frames per second.
  Frame not drawing entirely, therefore at one screen have as previous and next frames simultaneously.
