NHD-4.3-480272FT-CSXV-CTP no power

I purchased the NHD-4.3-480272FT-CSXV-CTP from Digi-Key and it will not power on Ive tried using the shield and the box header and it doesn’t seem to do anything at all.

  I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the module.
  Can you please confirm you are using a known compatible Arduino (UNO, NerO, Leonardo, Mega 2560) and at least a 5V DC power supply with the NHD-FT81X-SHIELD?
