NHD-3.5-320240FT-CSXN-CTP Ghost Screen in 2-3 weeks

Hello,

We are using NHD-3.5-320240FT-CSXN-CTP in our designs. Unfortunately we have came across too many ghost screen cases during a relatively short usage time.

Are we doing something wrong? How can we avoid this problem?  The customer will likely complain about this in a very short time.

  Hello,
  
  The ghosting or image persistence is typically not permanent on TFTs. The effect can be corrected by exercising the pixels over time.
  Some users will scroll or shift the image on the display regularly to exercise the pixels so the image persistence is reduced.
  Another option would be to regularly display a full white screen and a full black screen in order to exercise the pixels for the same purpose.
