Transistor Q1 on NHD-042003DZ-FL-GBW

Greetings, does anyone know the component part number for Q1 on the NHD-042003DZ-FL-GBW?

Without a schematic, the best I can tell is that it controls the backlight LEDs. I'm not a gambling man, but might be a N-channel MOSFET, >5V, >30mA  (SOT23) - 2N7002ET1G or equiv?

I likely damaged mine when I tried to drive the LCD backlight without the appropriate current limiting resitor.

  If the part number is NHD-0420D3Z-FL-GBW, Q1 will be MMBT4401 or equivalent.
