Remote mount NHD-4.3RTP-SHIELD-N
While the display works just dandy when mounted directly to an Arduino Mega, I need to separate the two in order to get at other Mega pins for testing / prototyping without soldering to the back of it.
I've looked at the datasheet (NHD-4.3RTP-SHIELD-N-1013800.pdf, version 1.00, 8/17/2016) which is not quite correct as it does not show the Reset PB connection (page eight) from the board to the Arduino.
I've jumper connected all the connections as show on page 8, yet any program fails when reading the Chip ID. Is it simply a case of the SPI interface not getting good signals over 6" jumper wires?
So I'm wondering what other connections might be needed. And is there an updated data sheet?

Hello,
Did you ever get this resolved or support from the ENG team? I am experiencing the exact same thing when it works while connected directly to Arduino Uno, but doesn't work with jumper wires. Please let me know
Thanks,
Lam
