    I did RMA this and the QA team stated that nothing was wrong while clearly not the case. This is extraordinarily poor product support. This post on the forums was my last resort. Burying it in evaluation tools will simply limit the visibility of the post, others may of had a similar problem.

    We are sorry to hear you are still having issues with this display. 
    In some cases, the cause of this type of issue is related to the condition of the power supply voltage to the BeagleBone Black.
    We would suggest trying an alternate 5V 2A or 3A power supply to see if this resolves the issue.
