Using a 3v LCD with Arduino Uno

I have some 3v Newhaven LCDs (NHD‐0208AZ‐RN‐YBW‐3V) and would like to control them with an Arduino Uno. The Arduino has a 3v power pin, but will the digital signal pins damage the LCD? I am assuming the Arduino's digital pins go to 5v when they are high. Thanks.
